Dont waste your time or money on this

First, let me say that I used customer service quite a bit to get up and running and as long as youre willing to communicate via email and you have a little patience theyre very helpful. The product itself is fantastic. Im using it with my Amazon echo for voice command and I can control all my devices with just words. The anymote staff seem to be working with updates recently that went a long way to more stability with the echo. And if you just want to use it with your iPhone or iPad its flawless.
